Summary

If you are using ledger wallet in segwit mode and used this xpub in Blockonomics, then you have may be having problems seeing the received funds in your wallet. This is due to incorrect xpub prefix being used by ledger wallet

Diagnosis

Here is how to the diagnose if this is your problem

• Your ledger wallet addresses are starting with bc1 . See in receive tab
• The xpub you entered in Blockonomics starts with xpub
• You received funds through Blockonomics and are not finding those in your ledger wallet

If all above three rules are applying in your case, see below to get your funds

Recovering funds

• Import your ledger wallet seed words into electrum using this guide. In Step 5 of the guide you should select legacy (p2pkh) and manually set m/84'/0'/0' as derivation path.
• The generated wallet should have your missing funds
• If you are still facing problem, check if the xpub of the generated electrum wallet is matching the one you entered in Blockonomics ( Wallet > Information ). In some cases you need a different derivation path, you want to match the starting of freshAddressPath shown in ledger wallet

• Import your edge wallet seed words into electrum using this guide. In Step 5 of the guide you should select legacy (p2pkh) and manually set m/49'/0'/0' as derivation path.
